Multi-PSP Reconciliation & Anti-fraud — MVP
The problem. As soon as a merchant accepts several payment methods (MoMo, Airtel Money, Stripe), discrepancies appear: duplicate transactions, diverging statuses, timeouts, refunds. Without reliable reconciliation, money and trust are lost.
What I built (MVP)
- Automatic reconciliation merchant ↔ PSP: transaction matching, discrepancy detection, status alignment.
- Idempotency and robust handling of unreliable webhooks/callbacks (replay, ordering, duplicates).
- Anomaly detection: unusual amounts, suspicious frequencies, fraud patterns.
- An actionable discrepancy dashboard for a finance team (matching, exceptions).
What it demonstrates. The ability to make real money reliable in a world of imperfect PSPs — the crux of fintech.
