e-Bourse is a high-stakes institutional project for the Congolese public administration: digitalising the management and disbursement of scholarships. I design and build the mobile app (React Native / Expo) and its mobile backend (BFF) in Spring Boot — end-to-end user journeys and screens, mobile-tailored APIs, strong authentication and securing of financial flows. I put particular care into reliability and performance: idempotency of sensitive operations, disbursement state management, traceability, and an experience accessible under constrained network conditions.
